About this event

Nikki Silvestri has personally invited you to an intimate gathering of ambitious women-identified leaders who want to protect the future of our species, regenerate the ecosystem, and build social harmony - all while personally thriving.

We have six months left in 2019, and 2020 is "go time". Between the Presidency, Congress, environmental regulation, and other opportunities, we can turn the tide on human rights and environmental violations. We need to get a LOT better at what we do, we need to do it quickly, and we need to stop with the overwork and constant low-grade burnout.

We're going to need actual magic and miracles to steward humanity out of the mess we've created. The straightest pathway to those miracles?

Embody magic. Serve your communities and stakeholders with joy. Have such a delicious and regenerative life that you build regenerative systems by default. Build in your image, and let that image be abundant.

In this one day workshop, you will:

  • Identify your specific roadblocks to achieving impact AND joy in your life and work - and learn the roadmap to achieving both.
  • Experience a key process for preventing burnout - integrating grief and shadow in your leadership - and develop your personal system for ongoing maintenance.
  • Workshop one core aspect of your organization, business or community where you'd like to increase your impact in 2019.
  • Design a quarterly action plan for finishing 2019 strong, with deeper impact and joy.

We'll also dance! We'll share a meal and laughs, and enjoy a beautiful garden. We'll get vulnerable with our struggles and triumphs with the "save our species and planet" sisterhood.

You will leave invigorated, with a roadmap and plan for the practical magic needed in your career and life.

You're invited to this special Summer experience in the Redwoods of Oakland, and space is limited.
